Cook the Sausage in water at temperature of 80 – 90ºc for 15 minutes.
Spilt the 2 birds into pieces. Add ½ t.s.f salt,
½ t.s.f. turmeric
Split birds in two halves flatten slightly with a mallet. Prepare batter with 2 t.s.f. flour.

The West Bengal Live Stock Development Corporation Limited was established in the year 1974 and registered under Companies Act, 1956 under registration no. 29356 of 1974. Since it is a Govt. Company, it has entrusted its management through its Articles of Association upon the Board of Directors, especially the Chairman and the Managing Director. The govt. in the Animal Resources Development Deptt. nominates the Chairman and Managing Director along with the other members of the Board following the provisions of the Articles of Association of the Corporation.
